Shipping policy

Our studio features three types of item availability on our store listings:

"In Stock," "Pre-Order," and "Custom Order."

Each specific product page will clearly notate which category that item falls under so you know what to expect.

In Stock Items: These products are completely finished, packaged, and ready to ship out from our studio within 1 to 2 business days.

Pre-Order Items: These are designs where we already have all the necessary materials on hand in the studio but need to physically cut, assemble, or paint the piece. The production lead time for pre-orders is 3 to 5 business days before they ship.

Custom Orders: These are items where the customer has selected one or more personalized options. Because we may need to source specific specialty materials for your request, custom pieces require a production lead time of 10 to 15 business days before they ship.
