About the Studio
We believe that the things we live with should mean something. That's why every light fixture, every wooden object that leaves our studio is made by hand, with real materials and real care.
Our process starts with intention and ends with intention. We work exclusively with FSC-certified hardwoods and water-based finishes—not because it's trendy, but because we want our work to feel good in your home and in the world. We've built our practice around the idea that making something well means respecting both the craft and the resources that make it possible.
Nothing gets wasted here. Every scrap of wood, every offcut becomes something new—blanks for other makers, craft supplies for teachers, materials for people who want to create. It's not a side project; it's built into how we work. We'd rather see our scraps in someone else's hands than in a landfill.
We're not interested in perfection or mass production. Handmade means there's character in every piece—slight variations in grain, the warmth of wood that's been shaped by actual hands. These aren't flaws. They're proof that something real happened here.
When you bring one of our pieces into your home, you're not just getting an object. You're getting something that was made thoughtfully, from materials we stand behind, by people who care about the details. You're getting a piece that will age beautifully and tell its own story over time.
We make work we'd want to live with ourselves. We hope you do too.
